Enterprise teams get CRM next to Boards, HR, Sign, and Docsite.

Support tickets

Log customer issues with application name, subject, priority, category, channel, environment, and related URL. Requester email is the canonical customer UID (normalized). Status workflow: open, in progress, resolved.

Live internal threads

Each support ticket and sales submission has a real-time comment thread for your team. Same pattern for both Support and Sales forms tabs.

Sales & lead forms

Web-to-lead style fields: contact, company, address, lead source and status, industry, company size, revenue band, product interest, message, and internal notes. Pipeline status updates on the submission detail view.

Convert to board tickets

Turn a support ticket into a Work board ticket like Feedback, with optional AI and a board picker. CRM row stays linked to the new ticket.

Email as identity

Prospects and customers are keyed by work email in Firestore, aligned with a future customer-facing portal or embed that posts via your secure API.

Org settings

Default application name for new support tickets comes from Org Settings (General), so tickets stay consistent with your product naming.

CRM is not included on Free or Pro. Upgrade to Enterprise for support tickets, sales submissions, and live threads.

Frequently asked questions

What is Nrova CRM?
Nrova CRM is built into your workspace for customer support tickets and sales lead submissions. Staff log tickets and leads with rich fields, discuss in live threads, and link support issues to Work board tickets. Customer identity uses normalized email. It is included on the Enterprise plan only.
Is Nrova CRM available on Pro?
No. CRM is an Enterprise feature. Pro includes Boards, HR, Sign, and Docsite. Upgrade to Enterprise for CRM.
Can I use a public form for leads?
The dashboard is for your team. A separate customer-facing site can submit to the same Firestore collections using the Admin SDK; see Nrova docs for the CRM customer-facing site handoff.
