Sign spaces
Organize documents by space (e.g. Contracts, NDAs). Each space has a name, URL slug, and description. Create, search, and open documents from the space.
Rich documents
Same block-based editor as Docsite: paragraphs, headings, tables, images, lists, callouts, code blocks. Full formatting and ticket mentions. Draft until you send for signature.
Signature blocks
Insert “Signed by signee” or “Signed by company” blocks. Signees fill their blocks when they open the signing link; company signers can sign in-dashboard. Names and dates captured for audit.
Send for signature
Add signees by email; each gets a unique secure link. Optional auto-sign company blocks when saving. Track who has been sent a link and sync signee responses back into the main document.
Signing link flow
Signees open the link, enter their email to verify, then view and sign the document. No account required. Signatures and edits are saved and merged into the org’s copy.
Signed tab
View all documents that have at least one signee invite. Quick access to contracts and agreements that are in flight or completed.
Document status
Documents move from draft to pending signatures to completed. Status visible in the dashboard so you know what’s ready to send and what’s done.
Edit & duplicate
Edit draft documents anytime. Duplicate a document to reuse as a template. Delete documents you no longer need.
AI-generated content
Generate document content from a prompt using AI (Pro/Enterprise, uses org AI credits). Speed up first drafts for contracts and standard docs.
Print view
Print-friendly view of the document for signees and internal use. Clean layout without editor chrome.
