Write and structure anything

Spaces
Organize docs by space (e.g. Engineering, Product). Each space has a name, URL slug, and description. Create and search spaces from the Docsite home.
Pages & hierarchy
Create pages inside a space with title and URL slug. Optional parent page for a tree (nested pages). List and open pages from the space view.
Block-based editor
Rich document model: paragraphs, headings (H1–H3), tables, images, image galleries, code blocks, quotes, callouts, bullet and numbered lists, task lists, dividers. Drag to reorder blocks.
Inline formatting
Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, code, and colored text. Links and ticket mentions: type # or paste a board ticket URL to insert a clickable ticket badge. Alignment and indent.
Tables
Insert tables with configurable columns and alignment. Edit cell content with the same inline formatting and ticket links. Resize columns and add or remove rows.
Images & galleries
Insert images by URL or upload to Firebase Storage. Optional alt text and caption. Image galleries for multiple images in a block.
Code blocks
Fenced code blocks with optional language for syntax highlighting. Plain code formatting in paragraphs with inline code.
Quotes & callouts
Quote blocks and callouts (info, warning, success, note) with optional titles. Structure and highlight important content.
Lists & task lists
Bullet and numbered lists. Task lists with checkboxes. Full block-level editing and reorder.
Ticket links
Reference board tickets inside docs. Paste a ticket URL or use # to search; inserts a pill that links to the ticket. Stays in sync with board key and number.
AI-generated content
Generate page content from a prompt with AI (Pro/Enterprise, uses org AI credits). Draft whole sections or pages without leaving the editor.
Slash commands
Type / for block insertion: paragraph, heading, table, image, code, quote, callout, list, task list, divider. Fast formatting without the mouse.
Toolbar & selection
Floating toolbar on text selection for formatting. Block-level controls to add above/below, change type, and delete. Consistent with modern block editors.
View & edit modes
View rendered HTML (from block document or legacy markdown). Toggle Edit to change content. Clean read view for sharing and printing.
