Draft Boards tickets
Ask Noah for a ticket and it returns a rich description, three to six acceptance criteria, suggested story points (Fibonacci), severity, and start/due dates. You preview every field before it lands on a board.
Open job requisitions
Spin up an org chart node for a new role, draft the requisition, and optionally publish a careers posting in the same turn — all gated by your existing HR permissions.
Log support tickets
Capture a support case on behalf of a customer with all the standard CRM fields. Customer email becomes the linked uid; replies route through the same support thread your team is already using.
Author docsite pages

Preview-then-confirm
Every action Noah proposes renders as an inline preview card. Nothing is written to your data until you click Create. Cancel any time — the action evaporates.
Owner-only chat history
Each chat is owned by the user who started it. Only the owner can post in their chat; org admins can read for audit but cannot inject messages or impersonate you.
Data controls
From Settings → Data controls you can switch off chat history, opt out of any future model improvement, set an auto-delete window, or wipe every chat in an organization with a single confirmed action.
Export your chats
Download a JSON copy of every chat you own in an organization with one click. No support ticket, no data-portability paperwork — just an immediate download in a documented schema.
Right to delete
Per-chat or per-organization deletion is one click. Account deletion sweeps your chats first, so leaving Nrova never leaves chat data behind in an org you can no longer see.
Permission-aware
Noah cannot see, create, or read anything you can't see, create, or read yourself. Tools are gated independently — disabling Sign for a member also takes Sign tools out of Noah's reach for that member.

1. Ask in plain English
“Open a Senior iOS Engineer requisition, post it publicly, and add a JD that emphasises Swift and offline sync.” Or just chat — Noah only proposes a tool when you describe an action.
2. Preview the proposal
Every action renders as an inline card with the full payload. Edit details inline, swap the target board / folder, or click Cancel and the action evaporates. Noah never writes without confirmation.
3. Confirm and ship
Click Create. Noah commits the change to your Nrova workspace using your existing permissions and writes a short confirmation message back into the thread so you can trace what happened later.

- Each Noah turn that calls the model uses your organization's AI credits — the same shared pool used by other AI features in Nrova. Pro includes 200 credits per organization per month and Enterprise includes 400, each shared across the workspace. Identity questions and previews never burn credits.
- Are my chats private?
- Each Noah Chat is owned by the user who started it. Only the owner can edit or post in their chat; org admins can read for audit but cannot inject messages. From Settings → Data controls you can turn off chat history, opt out of any future model improvement, set an auto-delete window, export a JSON copy of all your chats, or permanently delete every chat in an organization.
